A Person! Well... a lot of people would constantly level up her Medics skills since she's a really good medic same thing for a ravager since she's just a really good spellcaster

What really helps is if you grind for a while before a boss fight. I’ve done that many times on my first playthrough (I have the official strategy guide as well, not gonna lie, LOL).

Dont worry, i did it with no power ups with this so its possible. Just after a few renews, i had to switch to medic/sentinel to heal everyone.

+브리아 Yeah I know, I can do it without overleveling too - my point is that videos like this aren't very helpful when the party members' stats are about 3x stronger than they normally would be at that point in the game.

This was the fight that made me quit. I kept dying because Fang wouldn't draw agro, and squishy Vanille would just die. I gave up years ago, havn't gone back.

Just replay thus in 2020. And I'm stuck here for goods. lol Come back to watch this anf I realize that, my character only have 1000-1500 health. Even with Fang on “sentinal” a full combos still brought her down. No wonder I can't pass this point. :) Guess better off to farming again.

Did it in 2 minutes and 10 seconds in my first try. SAB/SAB at first en RAV/COM after.... Just before he attacks switch to med/sen in time and back to RAV/COM..

Cannot do this boss like this without both shrouds. If you do not have both, do not attempt this fight like displayed in the video.

See... This would help if I actually had her maxed out... Or had the buffs for before battle... 🤦‍♀️ guess it's back to farming I go. But I don't think maxing vanille out would help as much as buffs... Worth a shot I guess?

You'd be surprised. At first, I thought that investing some time on Pulse to get Crystarium levels would be largely a waste, but I was proven wrong in short order. Just doing the Missions up to 10 and investing wisely in my characters was enough to start taking down Adamanchelids and Behemoth Kings with little difficulty. Once you start getting useful abilities like Ruinga, Daze, and Curasa, and the essential Sprint Shoes and Royal Armlets, it's like the game flipped a switch from insurmountable to completely manageable. It doesn't even take long to get those things on Pulse, surprisingly.

Here's how I beat hechatoncheir Paradigm's: Slash & burn level 3 Stumbling block level 3 Life guard level 3 Vanille equipment: Binding rod level 2 Magician's mark level 1 Shamans mark level 1 Fangs equipment: Bladed Lance level 2 Black belt level 1 Black belt level 1 I BEAT HIM WITHOUT FORTISOL!

If you do not have any shrouds, the battle takes a little longer and you REALLY need to heal more often.

Shrouds are the four items that you can use prior to battle: FORTISOL (which casts bravery, faith, and haste), AEGISOL (which casts protect, shell, veil, and vigilance), DECEPTISOL (which makes the party difficult to detect), and ETHERSOL (which restores All TP).
