Holy shit.. that very last part where Ignis is basically pleading for Noctis to stop the journey, because he saw what will happen to him. Damn.

At the very end when Noctis says "Thanks for everything, Iggy" @ 1:18:00 when it cuts to Iggy's glasses on close-up, you can see a the young adult Noctis in the reflection. It's a very nice touch, because that's the last time Iggy ever saw Noctis and that's how he will always remember him... just beautiful the way the team handled this DLC

So gladiolus gets his ass handed to him by ravus and had to go on a journey to gain power, while Ignis kicks his ass on the first try

I thought I had shed my fair share of tears by the time they come to the conclusion at the Altar, but damn, Noct thanking Ignis for helping him get as far as he did, and telling his close friend that he knew Ignis would be in his heart if not always by his side brought a torrent of saltwater out of me. Noct being the one to hold out his hand in thanks and farewell and watching Ignis accept it, tears trickling down his scarred face in silence moved me immensely because there was so much his adviser was feeling, and his heart was both glad and sick at the same time, knowing that Noct would have to go his own way at this point forward. I loved the fact that after all those years, Noct still clasped his friend's hand with both of his own, showing that despite everything they had all been through, he hadn't changed, he still dearly loved and cherished his friends and sincerely felt indebted to them with gratitude. Beautiful episode. So much accomplished in less than two hours of gameplay. Slow clap.

A small mention to Nyx, puts a tear to my eye.

I always thought Ignis had an off putting voice actor, but now I've come to realize he has the best voice of them all.

At the end of the DLC, you go back to the main story, with this haunting your thoughts and giving the final battle context: that sometimes you can avert destiny, and sometimes you cannot, unless you are that willing to pay the price. But I imagine that Noctis would've made the same choice about what to do every single time.

I cried when Ravus said his piece over Luna's body. Fleshing out his character like this allowed me to empathize with him and it made me see him as a three-dimensional being worthy of being appreciated. Cheers to Episode Ignis.

It was painful to watch you fighting enemies, u couldnt even select the right stances for each combat situation.

Honestly, the player was awful to watched. The elements are source of the gameplay that are advantage at any situation, but that 💩 ONLY using lightning element all the time, when duel with a boss it really irritates me to watch so i must skip every part of the story. Thanks for the awful gameplay 👍👎
