@@cocomartin5130 Bard obviously still falls behind, chimes don't give him that much XP. And he can't just leave botlane without repercussions, you need to push up the wave and make sure your ADC is okay first.

do you know how botlane works? roaming supports don't push the lane before they roam, they set up a freeze. making sure that your adc is okay before roaming is good basic knowledge for any other roaming supports, the problem with bard is he can pick up exp while doing so, travel to a lane with half a sec with a good portal, can setup a gank from 2 screens away, doesn't need to hit his Q as his passive slows so much anyway. bard doesn't abuse bad players, bad is the epitome of bad players that shines in the meta by having a low risk high reward kit.

if you freeze in front of your tower your adc isn't safe if there are enemies nearby. you can only leave if someone at bot is missing, or you push in the wave. and the xp from chimes is sort of negligible, it's just 1 minion worth of xp per chime. it's nice but won't keep you up with the rest of the team. i agree bard is very good though
