I don’t have any experience or anything in design so I’m probably wrong but I think what makes Googly eyes look more silly is that the pupils aren’t centred. I don’t know how making the app works but it could be a cool feature to either press the eyes or shake the phone to randomise the position of the pupils (maybe it cycles through some presets) because you can be more expressive and show more moods that way and the eyes doesn’t have to have moving pupils just images. I hope this doesn’t come off the wrong way, I’m a huge fan of your work and it’s just fun to make up ideas

I played around with the filter and I noticed that it has a hard time staying in place. It'll drift slightly as you move the camera. I even had the googly eyes just leave. They literally just started drifting away and there was nothing I could do. Definitely a hilarious experience, but still something you might wanna fix if you think you'd keep updating it

another idea is to possibly make the app detect phone movement, so shaking the phone will shake the googly eyes Just an idea, but it'd be pretty cool Not sure how you'd actually do this, but solving the problem is above my pay grade

We really wanted to do that! Unfortunately SparkAR has its limitations and sadly you can't make use of any of the Phone's hardware beyond the camera.
