@@beccayaseenMy dad's birthday was November 3 rd. That's why I like you/your channel. My dad used to go Deep Sea fishing, a little (or a lot....) past the Golden Gate Bridge in California. He fished for Salmon. The last one he caught was 17 lbs. He smoked and canned it. My mom fed the last jar of it to our neighbors cat "Sneeky". When my dad found out, he was Very Upset...... and swore he would never go fishing again. 😢 Oh, one more thing! He was a mechanic. He taught me how to sand and paint. Those rust spots should Not cost $5000, Do Not let any one try to get over on you!

You are brave and strong whatever your anxiety may tell you. You know how long I have been following your channel so I have seen the many changes you have made and your enthusiasm only seems to grow. I thought at one point that you were going in too many directions at once with the truck camping, fishing, sailboat, tiny home, etc but now you have chosen what pleases you the most I think you will have a lot less stress. Sand the rust off, try to be as small as possible and not scratch the commercial paint job and spray a cotton swab with Rustoleum high gloss white spray paint and dab it on, smooth it out or a quick spray fairly close to the spot so as not to run. It will be noticeable but not as noticeable as the rust stain. I like a clean truck. You use the truck, things happen, keep it clean, fix the minor details…it just says you use your truck and take care of it in my book.

next time, just put your hand on the shell and hold it down. then you can grab the shell by the tail and pick him up out of the water and put him on dry land. thumb on shell and fingers under belly. keep him facing the water so when you're done he can just run straight into the water. on land you can keep your hand on its back and keep him held down and then you can take your time with the pliers since he won't be moving around so much.

Your channel took off when you started doing fishing and camping! That is why I watch more now, I started watching because you fished, I watch more because I RV too. So explore your area your go to. Where did you eat, was it good? Any notable places where you camped, historic? National park? Points of interest or history of the town? I bet you Chanel explodes with that content but don’t forget your roots and fish, ocean fish too!

I can’t understand why people ask so many personal questions. Life is short and if people would focus on self-improvement, they would be better people for it. I’m glad Skye is enjoying this trip, and feeling healthier now. You never had to tell me anything about your personal life, it was always plain to see. There’s an old saying, "Clean up your own backyard before you worry about your neighbors yard." I’ve been watching your videos for years but hardly ever comment. I’ve been subscribed since our started having transmission problems, not a long time but still here. You should be able to cover up and prevent more rust with white colored rustoleum. Spray the spot from outside and spray a bunch on the inside area.

If you take distilled vinegar and put it on the rust spots that will slow down the rust coming through, but you have to clean it before you put vinegar on it

I knew you were a hockey goalie!! You definitely could’ve made it. I did the exact same as a competitive soccer keeper. My genetic bones took over, but also completely understand. Had a guy I work with years ago ask me if when I went out jugging for catfish if I did it alone/ I replied yes. He asked me what if I fell in and drowned? I answered I would drown if I went through life worrying about dieing it would of been a boring life. I live in Oklahoma and commented on your Oklahoma video but I grew up in Arkansas. The easiest way to fix your rust problem is to replace the bed. Find a company that install utility beds they will sell you the bed that they take off. My buddy already gotten a couple for his truck. 5TH wheel trailer damage.Thanks for sharing some of your life.
