You guys made me hungry!! My wife makes a wonderful Tilapia on rice with the sauteed onions and lemon pepper and diced tomatoes! Oh my!! I'm drooling now!! We used to fish up here in the PNW for Salmon, Steelhead and Sturgeon. Steelies are my favorite. Sturgeon rolled in instant potato mix and then fried in butter! Ah!! I gonna die from starvation!! Gotta go!! Stay safe!!
