All the best mate, I had a decompression done from L2 to L4 last year, best thing I ever did, but it did take 3 months to get back to being able to do normal stuff. Be patient with yourself, it takes a wee while to get back to normal.

Gday, my bottom disc was worn away, which resulted in lower back pain and limited use, they replaced missing disc with a titanium disc ,which is screwed into place to the vertebra and to my pelvis,,The new disc has gaps in it to allow the bone to grow through the disc so that my bottom vertebra and my pelvis are fused together as one.

Brother be sure to do what the doctor tells you to do. I’ve had 3 surgeries on my back. I need another one but it’s a bad one and my doctor said at my age I couldn’t handle it.
