Your handwriting is so beautiful! Thanks for sharing all these pairings, that Robert Oster shimmer ink is so pretty I wish that it wrote better in that Eco :(

Thank you so much! Yes, I'm so heartbroken about the robert oster heart of gold, I wish it worked it's so beautiful! I'm thinking of just writing with a glass pen with it. But I wish I could have it in a fountain pen. The struggle of loving EF nibs and also shimmery inks!😅

With the eco I would disassemble the nib and place them(body and nib) in a cup with lots of paper towels. Mine took 2 days to dry.

I really wanted to disassemble them. I tried, I failed😅 I watched videos and I did exactly how they did it and there were some plastic shavings coming out when I was using the wrench to twist it to open, idk how to explain it😅 So it scared me and i just let it be😅 I have destroyed my first twsbi diamond 580 in the past trying things i didn't know how to do so i easily get scared now.

you can also wipe the body after disassembling it with a qtip or like the sterile qtips with the long wooden handles.. i got mine from amazon

The hardest is deciding what ink on some! About 75%+ takes days to decide. Then sometimes I do not like the ink, it’s a redo! Love my Twsbi’s!

same. it took me days to kinda round up the ink i wanted to use for these pens, i already cleaned up two and have to change the ink. 😂

It's so hard to use shimmer inks in finer nibs. Over time they're a mess. I've got a twsbi eco that's got a permanent gold coating inside. If you find ones that work better that would be good to know.

Hi, yes I agree. So when a certain brand doesn't work as soon as I swatch it, I clean it up right away and change it to the one and only shimmery ink that has ever worked in my twsbi ECO pens, it is Diamine shimmertastic ink. I have it in my pastel pink eco and it's ef, it has been lovely.

Just wanted to try the other brands i have in the video for shimmery ink, and it just reminded me why I never use them in any of my pens. Only Diamine shimmertastic. 👌🏼
