Nars has finally came thru, I Love their Soft Matte foundation, but in the Winter months, It's to Matte, but I will try the Radiant Longwear Foundation because in the past, the Radiant foundation made me to Oily, but I finally found my shade in the New Soft Matte, I will try their setting powder too, but I Love their Concealers, So expensive, Doesn't make enough in that small tube. I'm waiting for mine it will be here tomorrow. This is my first time buying NARS and can't wait to see what it looks like on me. I am going to be 50 this year so I decided to start wearing foundation. I am having a ball buying and playing with makeup 💄 not to mention the amount of choices that people of color have to choose from. I am loving the inclusion. Thanks for sharing all the great advice.

I’m not dark and I’m not light somewhere in the medium dark category and I wish I had a shade. Of course you can use other brands but You’re right, everyone loves nars and it’s nice to know you have a shade

The colour was fantastic, suggest putting the Ben nye powder lightly dusted underneath application to temper the oil. I think the concealer and powder under the eye was too yellow so didn’t match the foundation. The eyes were amazing.

This is interesting because I had never used a Nars complexion product either. Even for this launch I couldn’t find an exact match- and I tried Nars’ and Sephora’s matching wizards. The finish looked so nice in the ads though, that I had to go to Ulta and try the shades on myself. I just got Macao yesterday and I like it! It could maybe use a tiny bit more warmth, but I can definitely work with it. 👍🏾

Beautiful 🤩 one thing to keep in mind with this particular formulation it is 70% skincare. The added bonus and benefit is mainly a skin like finish. Not necessarily coverage or long lasting. Beautiful nonetheless. I use it as a daily-ish foundation and the other Nars Radiant finish for long wear and coverage. 👍🏽

The NARS looks so Good on you! It’s February and I have not purchased a foundation in 2022, and let me tell you that it’s not easy LoL. I’m only buying 2 foundations this year, and I Love the Soft Matte, and I know my shade. So this NARS in the running for sure. But it’s just February so I’m holding my mule to see what else is coming out. Ohemaa, have you looked at the Lisa Eldridge The Foundation yet? It looks like they have a shade for everyone. But we all know that the shades sometimes look darker on the website than they actually are.

I'm NW55 in MAC, 480 in Fenty. I have ALWAYS find my shade in NARS. Actually NARS is one of the brands that I was able to find deep shades. Zambie NARS Soft Matte, Mali in NARS Sheer Glow Foundation,

The NARS foundations are always darker than in the bottle AND the darker shades need to settle bc they def oxidizes. I will def be trying this formula... I recommend trying the soft matte again, the shades are pretty consistent throughout the formulas. NARS make the BEST undertones for yellow/green/neutral girls like myself.

Namibia in a concealer would be fire as a concealer highlight for you! I am a black fan and glad they make better shades for your intense pigment. I look different so ill sit this one out for now, no good complexion stuff for me …….BUT the packaging , blushes, lipsticks and other stuff that i can work with i still buy! Love they are recognizing the deeper shades in complexion products, morphe needs to take the advice…. Trust me when the timing is right , ill speak out on any missing in between shades. But for this moment I-I-I…. Luved the video💃🏽 Beautiful as always

Fire looks, and curls too! the match is soooo good, I actually like nard but with only skin, I have to do a bunch of stuff before hand for control ... inpredee the liquid concealer the best because my best colour match has a pink undertone

Can you list which shades you tried in the description? I might be the only unicorn that actually reads them LOL! Also can you let us know which one you selected in the description box too? I'm normally New Caledonia but I'm just curious which was your final selection (I think the one you finally selected might be a bit too dark but could be the lighting); I'd try one shade up for try.... For the longest I thought I was Iguacu (D3) but after hearing a friend comment on how brown I looked, LOL, I tried a shade up D2 (New Caledonia) and BABY! It is BOMB! Like matches even better! Give it a try?! My makeup looks even better now. Thanks for the content!
