The rules are the same for all the Boxing Federations,so,if you need experience,Bring another boxer from Tutrkiye then.If Oezmen .is the best in Turkiye,he's the one to represent,because that's the best you have,regardless of age. Andy Cruz got his first ttile at 19 years old too,as Robeisys Ramirez,got his first Olympic Title at 18 years old,and his 2nd,at 24. So please age its not a deterrent for cubans,because their quality and their boxing IQ,develop at a very early stage (and they never question their rivals,age or other) THEY JUST FIGHT WHOEVER IS IN FRONT OF THEM...
