I like the views of my senator friend though on housing he is wrong b3cause the 3% does not go towards paying mortgage it goes to create a housing fund that then the gvt will use to build houses for hustlers...the 3% is a saving and your employer matches. If you want a house you much the house with the rent.....if you pay 5k you get a house that you then would pay 5k
