We do have a niche, but with the recent pandemic one of our niches (professional golfers) have had a difficult time and has negatively affected my business. I may need to find a few more niches...

Yes, there are a lot of industries/professionals that have been completely turned upside down by this pandemic. Personally I think choosing CPAs as your niche is a great move. Not only do you get to help a lot of clients (leverage) but unless the government somehow eliminates the need to file taxes (seems pretty unlikely) then it's a solid partnership.
