Hi Noemi!❤ In Argentina we make a salty version of a crepe cake, so we alternate ham, cheese, roasted bell peppers, tuna, egg, lettuce, tomatoes, and so on...each layer with a spread of a mixture of mayo and mustard! YUM YUM!!! Lots of love from Argentina!!!❤❤❤

I found and began watching your videos at the end of December 2023. - So refreshing and beautiful! I've shared a couple of them with my friends. My condo kitchen counters are white quartz with grey and tan speckles. I had mine installed about 5-6 years ago.

I have heard that the more you do to carrotts, the easier it is too get the nutrients that are bound tight in the fibers. I.e. pealing helps, shredding helps and steaming helps. Can anyone verify this for me. I love Niemi’s approach to healthy food balance. 😊

Hi Naomi -I love your channel-what drew me to this is I have a Swedish heritage so the was the hook❤️ but as I watched I really loved your enthusiasm for home making - I am 63 now but raised 3 boys with my husband of 34 years -now we live in the country on 23 acres and trying to live more simply. I’d love chickens-our property even has a nice coop- but there are coyotes in our parts so we don’t want to lure them in. Anyway, I love the channel and do buy many products that you recommend 🙂
