Spot on neighbor. We're closing in Groveland in a few weeks and until they revamp their downtown, we plan on taking advantage of all that Clermont has to offer. Especially looking forward to the South Lake Trail from Lake Hiawatha Park going toward downtown Clermont.

Thanks, Benny! My wife and i are forming an 18 month plan to get moved down to Clermont by the end of next year. We've had some friends move there over the past few years and we're coming down in the fall for some open houses to check out the RE market and check out the neighborhoods. FL > NY

Looking at moving from CO to Clermont next May/June 2025. Do you work with renters as well? We would be looking to rent at first until we found where we wanted to end up purchasing.
