In episode 1 we embark Princess cruises Sky Princess and find our Mini Suite. We have a very entertaining sail away from Southampton, sample the Princess food and discuss the first nights entertainment on board this ship.
We cruised on the Sky Princess in June 2022 from Southampton to Bergen, Olden, Skjolden and Stavanger in Norway.

19 decks-wow! Too big for me. Nice tribute to the Queen. I cruised Regent from Southhampton in September. Unfortunately we had to miss our first port, Edinburgh, because that was the day of the funeral and national holiday!

Great video! Ross Hunter was on our cruise, great voice. I really enjoyed Rock Opera. We didn't get to Princess Live as there was always something else to do but it always looked popular. We did the 4pm cruise in the Vista Lounge most days, enjoying a cocktail.

Brings back happy memories of my very late night/early morning visits to the international cafe. I also found booking restaurant reservations on the app more or less impossible however using the TV to do it worked fine. I could eventually order drinks using it though so happy says 🍺🍸🍹🥃🍷🍾😃

Just came back from a P&O cruise and it's a same as they don't have photographers around the ship. The photos add to the experience as we love the gala/formal nights so we had to ask a fellow passenger to take our picture which was lovely but not the same. Never mind still had a wonderful time as this is our delayed cruise since covid. We have noticed how short staffed they are but this didn't affect our holiday. Keep cruising. Love your videos. 😊

Cut backs, some of the bars around the ship weren't open. Our cabin steward was our waiter in the evening MDR. They still provide an excellent service.

Ah, I'm actually really disappointed to hear that this 'lack of day passes' for the spa must be fleet-wide - I thought it was just something they'd done on Discovery because we were on a cold weather itinerary. I do agree that the weekly price is a bit steep - I'd only go once of twice, so just not worth it for me unfortunately.

Pastrami is a smoked and cured deli meat made from the beef navel plate.
