Glue a match strike strip to the bottom of the lid. Then you can strike your match and light up your fire 🔥

Both are really pretty, but the second one matches (no pun intended!) the flame colors a lot more. That wispy look would be really nice in a lot of colors.

From experience, wait about 30-45 min before pushing the ink down and you get much more defined "flames". If you do that while using sinker white, you get an awesome, smoky effect.

Perhaps if you put the sinker white after the yellow and orange. That might help the yellow to be seen more. But I do like both of them.

Yes I agree. The 2nd one is beautiful 😍 I've been having problems when I order from Temu. My bank notified me again that there was unusual activity on my account. This has happened 3 times to me. My bank had to close my card and issue a new one. This has happened each time I ordered from Temu. So I know that their information is not kept safe. So I just wanted to warn everyone. What do you think would happen if you used mica powders or even metallic powders on the part that creates the hole? Then you could use the liquid colours to create whatever you envision. I don’t have a jar mold, otherwise I’d try it. I bet if an actual scene was on the post it would be so interesting. Wish I was a bit more artistic, I can come up with ideas but no artistic ability to make it happen.

Blue & yellow make green. 🙈 you have to be so careful with inks running into each other and coming out totally different or muddy x

Pretty, but gluing the striker strip to the bottom of the lid is a bad idea unless you make sure the matches are top down. If they happen to get jostled in transit, that is a fire hazard.

There is enough room between lid and matches, and fire needs oxygen to burn, so it should be ok. :)
