I found that Facebook groups have served me well when looking for roommates or subleases So glad that now it's renters market. Pretty much there're more apartments/rooms than people who're looking for one. It's more common now landlords pay the broker fees I like your Hello Kitty guitar and Gundam at the back!

@@UrbanCaffeine You have a good way of presenting some pretty complicated information in a way that makes it easy to understand and to remember. I don’t often come across that on KZfaq vlogs so it’s appreciated a lot when I find someone with the talent to do this. Your production talents in creating the videos are also really good - no small feat either. I think I recall you saying in one of your videos that you produce everything yourself so if true that’s truly amazing. Good content is hard to find so when I do it it makes me happy. I thought London rental was insane. I own my place [Bermondsey - sexy right now - central Zone 2] & it's sweet if small [50sm] . That would rent -in 2 seconds - at US$2230. But comparitive salaries say that's 1/3, not a healthy 1/4 salary - even for someone who could affort my flat. How is that sustainable?

Yikes. Yeah, rent in big cities is indeed insane. Roommate culture is a big thing here. People either get a roommate or are high earners. There are also city programs that offer housing in newly built buildings for someone with a lower income, but those a tough to apply for. Almost like a lottery.

Great video as always Not a rent tip, but this video seems particularly noisy, try filming with more available light to lower iso, also when you render your video, even tho shoot in 1080p you can upscale and render it in 4k and upload in 4k, despite the fact that you video won't get more resolution, youtube won't compress it as much = much crisper video

7:02 please get the facts right, BITCOIN IS INDEED TRACEABLE! JUST AS MUCH AS A CREDIT CARD AND MORE SO THAN CASH. Every transaction is recorded on the blockchain for anybody to see so I don't see how that is untraceable 🤷. OHHHH THE ARRRRROGANCE 🤦

Yeah it's traceable. I didn't say it wasn't. But it's pseudonymous so it is possible to buy and sell without revealing your identity. I made a video about this that explains the Bitcoin white paper.
