The first two houses were wonderful. Upkeep costs aren't to be sniffed at on older properties.

The first house, is gorgeous. I'd just touch up the white bits with a fresh lick of paint. Gorgeous. The red, between the beams, in the 2nd house are beautiful as well. I'm sure you can make the newer kitchen look older, by painting the units to look older
