In this video, I show you my personal approach to finding property investment deals on Rightmove as quick but efficently as possible. This video consists of properties that would make a great flip project. Rightmove has a lot of properties listed, whether you're a fist time buyer or you're looking to begin your journey in flipping houses, Rightmove has a lot of listings to sort through.

@@nickellsmore I watch a few channels but it all seems to be salesman like videos a lot of talk about paying for education and even when they get a quest on who’s done well for them self they will push the education sale along with them. Not saying you don’t need education but I think videos where your making phone calls showing properties talking numbers and so on is real education. Thanks

Nick - love the channel and I am from the West Midlands too 👏 one question which I often wonder with investment and BMV is how do you ensure the agents know you're serious? If you're regularly viewing houses with same few agents and offering 25% BMV 99/100 will often get rejected and you're looking for that one to go through. If booking viewings they know you as that guy "wants it for nothing" or a "chancer", how do you make them know you're serious and not just offering low on everything? A phrase often heard when researching is "if you're not embarrassed offering, your offer isnt low enough!" - keen to hear your thoughts 👍

Hi Nick , For the property that wasn’t mortgageable, would your intentions in the refurb be to make the house able to be lived in, or to be mortgageable for the next buyer? Thanks Dan.

Hey Dan, with that property it would need a massive amount of work for it to be mortgageable, so I would just buy it and then rent it out for a monthly income. (If I did buy it)

@@nickellsmore you found this house on Rightmove that you wanted to view with just the picture from the front of the house, would have like to see you go thru it in the video when you go and see it , is it really worth it ? Does it have potential? To do an estimate of costs and profits as you know more or less the potential as a professional:) it would help me understand more on what to look for and how to start:)
