I love making bread and I’ve found ways to help me and my older daughter with our gluten sensitivities when making bread!!! My girls would eat blueberry loaf bread if I made it!!! I probably will, now I’ve heard the idea!!! I’m trying to get healthier meals!!! I have way too many bread pans but that’s cos some of them belong to the pizza oven and some belong to the oven!!! The pizza oven burns them but not the bread!!! I learnt to bake bread as a teenager and I’m teaching my older kids!!! I grew up as a city girl as well and we live in a city but I often get asked why does grammie like to cook from stach !!! Sorry I can’t spell!!! We love bread bags!!!

Making your own bread is so helpful for gluten and some other food sensitivities! Teaching all our boys how to make bread is a goal of mine as I think knowing these types of skills are definitely life skills we need. I’m leaning more towards bread bags than bread boxes as it seems that they hold the freshness of the bread better according to reviews I’ve read.
