2. Lots of Hill
3. A view of some sort
4. Maple Trees
5. Close to where we already live
6. Flat area of land to build a equipment yard/shop
7. Affordable
8. Over 50 Acres

Hemlock is great wood. Does not rot just like cedar and makes great posts. You can use it green if you want to be able to put a nail threw it easily. I have lots of Hemlock too.
