What kind of van do you have/how much did it cost/how many miles did it have on it when you bought it?
My van is a 2001 Ford Econoline E250 that I found via Craigslist, I bought it with 67k miles on it - it was listed for $3000, but I got them down to $2400.

I can't believe im an old man waiting for yours and Isabels vids. I was a truck driver that suffered with anxiety being around other people. When i was driving in my truck i felt i was protected in my own little world. Didnt have to deal with people. I'm retired now and still feel the same way. I hope you always feel free and you can deal with anxiety. It's a bitchtard. Stay safe and keep smiling.

Same here as a non-emergency medical transport driver. I felt it was my safe place. The world is hectic and crazy and brings tons of anxiety. I'm like the cool person who can hang out with everybody. And nobody. But inside I have a while vibration going it's called anxiety. Bless you young one bless you. And everybody out there who finds a way to squash it. It is good to put a name on it though. And call it out. And send it away. By anxiety you don't get to Cripple me. I'm living through you and passed you. Big smile and a wave to the world

Some truths really suck.... high caffeine levels contributes anxiety. For us tiny women, even one cup /day can be detrimental. I've had an on-and-off relationship with coffee for 20 years and I've finally settled on a compromise: 2-4 cups a week and tea, cacao, or chaga on no-coffee days. Each coffee is more appreciated and you become hyper-aware of how much it titillates and f***s with your nervous system.

You are so right. I used to be a one-cup-of-coffee a day but at the start of the pandemic fear mongering, I started feeling really anxious so I stopped all caffeine. Still haven't had any coffee. It was definitely making my anxiety much worse . Now I drink herbal tea when I crave a hot mug of something. It helps a lot.

When I first found your channel, I was so in awe, I thought to myself 'how does she live so happily alone in 'two' cabins . My point : Finding your channel helped me to see the value in solitary and taught me so much about contentment. Gentle spirits feel the energy around them. They feel other peoples emotions and even a sense of what is going on around them. They can pick up on too much and sometimes they can't figure out if it's emotions that they are feeling or the emotions of others. Getting away from everyone is how they need to reconnect with themselves and find their peace. Just being barefoot and grounding can help. I'd like to say that it goes away, but it never does. As you get older you learn to tune the background energy out or at least down. The good news is that it's really a gift. It makes you a thoughtful, loving and caring person and it also helps keep you protected. God bless you sweet young lady. Loving your Florida adventures as it's where I was raised.

This is the story of my life. Lately there's so much anger and hate in the world that it has made me physically ill. Getting back to nature always helps. I try to get out to a park several times a week, even in winter. Luckily (?) I live in a town where parks are undervalued in favor of gang culture, sideshows and shopping, so I often only have a few other like-minded souls around, or even nobody. What a relief.

I suffered from anxiety for years and I finally realized that I was frying my nervous system with coffee. I've since switched to green tea and my anxiety has gone from a 15 (on a 1-10 scale) to a 2 or 3 on a daily basis. I always tell people this who I know are coffee drinkers because coffee has become such a normalized part of our lives that we don't even think about it. But cutting it out of my daily routine has been a life saver and a game changer. Love watching your adventures! Would love to see you exploring in the PNW. The Oregon coast is PHENOMENAL.

Me too, it's a hard balance. What I would worry is that someone could follow her and wait until dark. That would be my biggest fear. The minute she opens the door if there's a big guy, willing to use force, especially with a weapon, there's not much she can do then. It's horrible to think about but I traveled solo female before. I was so free spirited like she is, thought the best of everyone, then I got attacked and am extremely lucky to be alive today.

I'm going to study abroad in Italy this year and I think a big part of that decision was me wanting to catch a break from my life. After losing my dad last summer, I've been in survival mode, not fully living. I feel numb. Hannah!!!!! I just got back from a three week trip in my shuttle bus camper that you inspired me to buy. I had the time of my life and didn't want to come home. So..I drove from Texas all the way up the Natchez trace all 450 miles. I pulled over and camped everywhere with my cat Phoebe. We then drove across Tennessee up into the mountains. I then drove into the North Carolina mountains and North Georgia mountains. I slept right by the water falls and the beautiful Ocoee River. This adventure has changed my life. I have learned things about myself that I never knew. I am so eternally happy that you inspired me to continue to make my life ahead a new adventure and escape my home. Turns out that we can always learn new things from others and age is irrelevant. Thank you for all that I have learned from you and teaching me to see the world fresh and differently after all these years by changing myself.. and I'm always watching. I love meeting new people, getting to know them, hanging out and have fun, and then hate saying goodbye. I hate endings. I love travelling and camping and I don’t like being near people either. I like trees in between. You’re lifestyle is amazing Hannah and if I was your age, I’d do it for sure. I’d have left when I was 20 for the rest of my life. I’ve found since my 20’s (decades ago) the best way for me to deal with anxieties is I never let myself get too high on life as this makes the lows so much lower. Even keel, steady as she goes. To each their own. Though I’m a lot more boring than you because of it. I sure enjoy your videos. Blessings young lady.

Hey Hannah I love your videos .I wish I could be brave like you and travel all around live in different places. I think your lifestyle is really awesome . But for me it’s just not possible. I have anxiety and really bad depression. I struggle daily to be happy and content.but I’m hanging in there I just in the last two years decided to cut down on my living space so now I’m doing the tiny house living. And I love my small home . Me and my husband own property behind our house up in the hills so now we have been clearing our site and we are gonna build us a one room cabin so we can get away no one can get to us and camp for weeks and just enjoy nature and no people. I’m doing what I can to find my happiness again but please keep the videos coming I’m living my dream thru you miss Hannah I love your cabin it’s awesome

sometimes I just start dreaming about jumping in a van like you said, I feel like it would be an escape from everything I fear in life, but then I realize that it is just an escape precisely, that I would be running away, and that sooner or later my problems would come back. it's good to remind us of that. anyway, your vids are the best, you have amazing eyes, lots of love from France, would be great if you came to Paris !! :D (sorry for my english)

Coffee and anxiety is a bad mix. Coffee heightens anxiety, it can bring on anxiety and it can stay in your system for up to 6 hours. My job is CBT for anxiety disorders and depression and we always advise to cut out caffeine. We can do all the really helpful things for our mental health, like talking therapy, being out in nature etc. But what you put into your body is equally as important.

I do understand the anxiety and depression issues you spoke of and appreciate the wisdom of taking yourself with you wherever you go..learning to accept and grow from these Challenges is vital. Ex: I know that I need to be alone a lot, away from people as you do (not lonely) in able to feel Centered...finding ways to cope and bring Joy in is needed to revitalize and reinvigorate as stress can zap those Energies...JOY as you continue your unique Journey, Hannah...One mention...maybe you can move those skates from behind your head as you drive...Don't need to have them konk you in the noggin if you come to an abrupt stop, etc. Just say''in...HUGS!

I think we all need a break from our lives sometimes, even if things are going okay. But as they say, we take ourselves with us, and recognising the anxious and depressed periods we experience is part of the process of learning how to navigate through. You obviously find joy in the beautiful and simple things most of us tend to take for granted.
