using dirt with organic material is not the best material to substitute for sand and rocks. Also I don't know about the compression strength of the rocks in the soil. It does build buildings, and they do stand up, but they wont be as strong as sand and rock pebbles of a known strength and size. If you want to know about concrete and everything there is to know about it. including designing mixes. on my archive library there are books on the subject "concrete". The build looks great, and the structure will sure be good for the application. Its best to tar paint the whole building before putting soil on top and to the sides of it, or the root cellar will be damp. Greetings, Jeff
