Sure, it's a joke, but it _makes sense_ that CB would be able to do that. There's a reason why people call this show the king of retcon. Plus, dismissing it as a "kid's show" is insulting to the audience, the writers, and the medium itself. Animation is just as valid a medium for storytelling as live action, and children aren't stupid. You'd be surprised how many "kid's shows" have very compelling and complex lore and storylines. Things that apparently you think would be too high-level for the target demographic to understand.

I mean he is, but then again, he is like 12-14 while his ordeals with P. B. and 15 while he is with Flame Princess, he really matures a lot througout the show, specially after he loses his arm because of his father, but even then the show never categorizes him as the victim, (unlike certain other show I don't want to mention) he makes his mistakes and learns from them, and by the time he is 17, he learns not to force these kind of things and just let the whole thing with Wild Huntress just sort of happen. So yeah he is kind of a simp, but deep down we're all a simp.

@@xavy2davy907 they basically acted like a sorority of high schools who were brought in through nepotism and not based on skill or Talent. allowing them to make weird episodes like exploring one of their fetishes about being tied up in spider webs. With it's relative success other would follow in their footsteps.

I kinda understand that, he was being unreasonable. He was in a weird situation but he handled it in a wrong way and sometimes in life you get second chances, but as this shows it’s not always the case and he suffered for his panicking immaturity. I wish he didn’t and I wish flame princess forgave him but I can’t blame her. Finn was being a dunderhead. But he was a kid. kids are dunderheads sometimes.

I was so upset at the episode where Flame Princess and Finn broke up, because she is my favorite character in this whole show, and she really took a back seat for the rest of the show. I didn't even care that they weren't a couple anymore, I just wanted more FP

If Finn - and Jake - wouldn't be there, already Land of Ooo been conquered/destroyed by Lich, Vampire King, Flame King or even Magic Man, Ricardio, Earl of Lemongrab or Ice King. Those two keep the whole land safe on their own since Billy died. None of them actually deserve his love
