Finnish creamy salmon soup recipe
For the soup we need salmon fillet,
potatoes, onions,
leeks, carrots, cream, butter,
peppercorns, bay leaf, dill,
water
- wash and chop vegetables
- set potatoes and carrots in a pan with water and set to cook for 10 minutes
- add salt to the water to taste
- fry the onion and leeks in butter and add to the pan, cook for another 5 minutes
- separate salmon fillet from skin and bones, wash, cut into cubes and add to vegetables
- pour cream into the pan
- cook for another 5 minutes
- bring to taste: add peppercorns and bay leaves to the soup
- let stand for 15-20 minutes
- dill can be put on a plate
- serve with rye bread
