I would go for Rosado and Kagero, I'd reckon Rosado would commend on Kagero's drawings despite their...peculiarity since Rosado's an artist himself and I draw a lot too.

I would most likely go for Kagetsu and Kaze, do to the fact they are loyal to their respective lords. You don’t want them to betray you in any shape or form.
