This fire roasted corn salsa is made with canned fire roasted corn kernels , along with red, green and yellow bell peppers, red onions, tomatoes, garlic, fresh lime juice, fresh cilantro, salt and pepper to taste.
It can be served with tortilla chips, tacos, quesadillas, grilled chicken, fish, sizzling steaks and the list goes on.

Ingredients:
2 cans fire roasted corn kernels.
1/2 red, green and yellow bell pepper, seeded and diced.
1/2 red onion, diced.
2 cloves garlic, minced.
2 plum tomatoes, diced.
2 Chile peppers, diced.
1 -2 lime, juiced.
1/2 cilantro, .chopped.
salt and pepper to taste.
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and combine.
Chill in refrigerator for about an hour.
Serve with tortilla chips , tacos, quesadillas, etc, and enjoy.
