If you have flour , salt cinnamon and nutmeg , you can make this delicious recipe at home.

Ingredients.
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp cinnamon powder
1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp brown sugar
1/2 cup whole milk
pinch of salt
3 cups vegetable oil
powdered sugar
Instructions:
- In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients .
- mix milk and sugar together .
- combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients
- knead into a dough.
- cover and let set for about 30 minutes .
- add oil to frying pan and heat to 300 degrees Fahrenheit .
- form dough into golf ball sizes.
- when oil is hot, carefully add ball.
- let cook for about 7-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- remove from frying pan and place on paper towel to drain excess oil .
- dust wiyh powdered sugar and cinnamon powder
- serve and enjoy..
