I use $10.00 impact resistant and weather proof cases (sealed with a gasket and latch) from Home Depot for lots of misc gun parts. Has dividers you can move around as well, or make it one large case to stash an emergency pistol in a vehicle without worrying about rust and such. Also has rubber flooring inside of it so things dont constantly slide around.

Griffin Armament has started to make adapters for other companies' muzzle devices if I'm not mistaken. It's pretty cool to see a company try to bridge the gap to make suppressor ownership easier. I've been using only Griffin armament suppressors and mounts for a few years now.

@@arthurmead5341 where? In Britain, their use is encouraged as a safety devices, like mufflers for cars. In the U.S. if you have your tax stamp and your state allows them, they're legal to own and use (there may be legal restrictions on use by state, but I'm not aware of any).

I use a Flambeau tray case with 4 slots, 3 for the cans and caps/tools, and one for muzzle devices, crush washers, etc

I know this is old but I use a Dewalt tough box to store all my parts in. (DEWALT Organizer Box With Dividers, Metal Latch, 10-Compartment) and the 20 Compartment Box. Water proof and hold up great.

The 90 tooth AAC brake still has the same issues when mounting my 300SD on to different brakes that you mention with your 51 tooth. The AAC mounting system is severely dated

On tolerance stacking, the front sight and nut on my Sub2000 gen2...I can't send a 9mm through an Octane 45. But I had an alignment rod for it at least.

I only have 2 suppressors and only 1 has a changeable piston. OTOH, I have several threaded pistol barrels and they are in a compartmented tray.

Has the atf ever changed their ruling that replacing internal parts was making a new suppressor? I know they ruled that owning internals showed intent to make a suppressor, even if the tube is the only serialized part.

I ended up buying small tool pouches from Home Depot to keep the suppressor with its parts. We will see if I have to upgrade to a box like that.

For someone like myself getting into suppressors it is overwhelming with the different muzzle devices. I don’t want to own 3 different suppressors and none will work with each other’s barrel attachments.

The question I have is have you heard of the savage model 6a semi auto/bolt action .22lr .22l and .22 rifle and is it an ok rifle I have an early model runs great but I was wondering what you guys opinion is on this particular rifle

Speaking of organizing... a couple of questions: How do you store rifle cases when you keep rifles in your safe? I have multiple soft cases as I have multiple 22lr rifles (I teach Basic Rifle classes). Another question... How do you store magazines for your firearms? If you have a half a dozen mags for each pistol, where do you keep them? In the safe with the firearm? Mini rant... please manufacturers... label your mags with your brand and caliber.... so, how do you store your mags and cases?
