I find it poetic that Tiblyn, whose job it was to hold up the sky, saw something special in Chorn, who came from the sky, way before anybody else

My thoughts watching this musical: -It's weird seeing Lauren's actual hair in a show -I'm so glad Meredith is finally a lead -The subtitles when Lauren is talking as a squirrel say "Draco voice" !!! -DON'T BE MEAN TO LAUREN -Why does Brolden look so hot with eyeliner and an earring? -Lauren has played far too many roles where she lies face down on the floor -I just noticed they're not wearing converse -I LOVE the choreography -You can really tell how much more of a production budget they had for this show. Lauren's voice is just PERFECT in this show. Out of all the songwriters in all the Starkid shows, I think Meredith was the best at writing for her vocal placement, which is especially great since most modern musicals don't write for classical sopranos like Lauren is.

I don't know how many times I've watched this or listened to the cast recording, but it took me until today to see that 1️⃣ The tribe used to eat babies 2️⃣ The tribe _just now_ figured out killing animals before you eat them ... and to think of the implications.

I am well aware this is 6 years old.. However I have only THIS YEAR come across STARKID and this musical is fantastic!! This along with The Trail To Oregon are both my favourite!! I don't know if I can get on board with the parody ones (I'll give them a go) but Firebringer and The Trail To Oregon are heads and shoulders above some of the great musicals I've seen!! Fantastic comedy and brilliantly crafted music!!

Joe Walker always manages to have the best character in every musical they make. The whole team is awesome, but Joe will probably always be the best to me. I love this musical so much, it's quickly become one of my favourites. I've been listening to the album every day this week, trying to scream along to Chorn as softly as possible so my neighbours don't hear me.

starkid captions need more recognition cuz not only are they accurate to whats happening onstage theyre also HILARIOUS and add so much more to the show. theyre good in every show but firebringer captions are definitely my favourite jemilla's sounds of exasperation are just done so well also firebringer is just my favourite starkid musical as a whole so thats probably also influencing my opinion on the captions but like you cant deny that theyre amazing
