What is that weird music and sounds coming from the fire station? 2:43

The one that sounds like a trumpet is the turnout tones, same one used by LFB and a few other fire services, the voice saying “JY21P1 crew your appliance” is the turnout voiceover, telling the firefighters to get to the appliance, it also tells them which appliance is turning out, in this case it’s Papa 1, the alarm noise (not the bell nor the turnout tones) is more than likely the bay doors opening, but I can only assume this

As previously said, it's the turnout tones reading out the appliances that are mobilised to the incident.
