FireHiking 4-8 person Hot Tent - Is this a good tent or not?. I've been disappointed in some tents lately, especially when it comes to the size of the teepee (tipi) style tents. This tent seems to be the largest teepee hot tent that I could find... but how is the quality? Is there really enough room for 8 people?
What about venting? Are there any bells and whistles that make this tent stand out?

We just camped in the Firehiking 2-4 person tent for the first time. It was just two of us and a wood stove. We were in Maine and it got down to 2°F and we stayed warm. The tent got up to 90°F at one point and it was only 5°F outside, so it clearly has the ability to hold some heat. The only downside was it was a really tight space. Felt unsafe at times with the wood stove being so hot. Just posted a video of it.

I bought myself the Onetigris Northgaze, canvas teepee tent. While not quite as large as this one that you own, I absolutely love it for just myself. 😊 It has a smell about it when you have a wood stove in it, warming you through ,that I just absolutely love! So thanks for this video! I wouldn't mind something a bit bigger though, mind you, I'm not complaining! 😉 👍

It may be smaller... but the Northgaze has a few extra features and is a great tent.

It's a good tent... you can't go wrong with it. There are a couple of things that could be improved... but overall I'm happy with it. I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

I have the 2-4 person Firehiking . I like the Pomoly better because of the way the door zips in the middle.

Do you have the mesh liner for it? What size air mattress do you think would fit on the one side where the mesh would go? TIA

I don't have the mesh liner. I think any adult sized camping mattress would fit on one side. I had an oversized cot and it fit pretty well.

Which FireHiking 4-8 person hot tent are you showing. The Amazon add on here says Firehiking 4-8 large Teepee $299.00. Then later in the video it is written on the screen FireHiking Leva Plus 4-8 which is $239.99.
