Having recently rewatched all the Fireman Sam seasons with my children from 1987 to the current day... I can confirm the first series is my favourite. Norman isn't a twat, Dylis and Bella are voiced much better and Station Officer Steele and Elvis aren't braindead idiots.

i was born in 2008, i only have watch series 1-4 + 5 of fireman sam, DAMN IS SERIES 5 SO GREAT, series 1-4 are great too. i found fireman sam beacuse i had dvd of season 1 and i still have, i hate cgi fireman sam For An Good REASON! (i know some people like cgi fireman sam but i don't, like many others i don't) Quick Edit: not being rude to any one just saying i only like 1-4 + 5 series of fireman sam.
