Ohhh Andrew Berry is so cute and the accent is to die for. I could listen to him talk about jewelry all day. He's a wonderful teacher to boot.

How long does that small bottle last? I'm beginning to learn soldering and have used Firescoff and it is fabulous however, I feel like i've gone through it super fast.

Hi! Great video! I 'm used to solder with solder paste that already have flux..Can I use this spray too? If so, I am not sure when to add the drop of water, because there are several brass pieces I have to solder together and I prepare and join them with the paste before soldering. thanks for your help!

Hi Emma, Firescoff is ready to use and you just need to spray from a distance on to the required area. You don't need to add water. Firescoff is heat activated. Once soldered Firescoff can be removed in warm water. I hope this helps. Jen Sutton Tools Manger Birmingham

Oh I see. But I was talking about the water you put before the spray, for heating the metal (that is the reason?). If so, I don't know how to proceed because I put the solder paste (in the joints I want to solder) at the beginning of the process..and then I would have to spray the metal right?

Hi! I tried to use firescoff when soldering sterling silver jump rings. After soldering the rings have a white patina on it. Does it mean I did something wrong? Do I need to pickle them? Thanks

conny91rn that’s normal, all you need is to do is clean it off.
