This song has a noticeable Judas Priest (Electric Eye) influence, despite being a melodic song. These guys made a very good job indisputably. I like it a lot... Long live Heavy Metal!

I love Gus G I love Greek history I first listened to Firewind when I was like 16, 14 years ago, The Fire and The Fury, Allegiance and The Premonition, I was fucking hooked Zoned out of playing music for a while and got back into it a year ago, I decided to check out Firewinds new stuff, it's great but im still really disappointed All I can say is, listen to the solo from this song Then go back and listen to the solo from Angels Forgive Me That solo is a fucking masterpiece, I still don't think I've heard better

Firewind is an awesome Greek Power Metal Band. It was formed in 1998, the group is currently signed to Century Media Records. Gus G.(Konstantinos Kostas Karamitroudis), is a genius heavy metal guitarist, vocalist, composer, musician, and producer. The other members of Firewind are: New Lead Vocalist: Henning Base, Keyboardist & Rhythm Guitarist: Bob Katsionis, Gus G: Lead Guitarist, Bassist: Petros Christodoulidis, and Drummer: Johan Nunez. “Ode to Leonidas” is a great rockin’ \m/ epic song, all lyrics were written by Dennis Ward and all music was written by Gus G, except for “War of The Ages.” Immortals is the eighth studio album by Firewind and it was released on 21 January 2017(Europe) on Century Media Record Label with Dennis Ward as Producer. “Ode to Leonidas” Rocks, True Epic Metal and I Love It! 🤘🏻💋🎸

i understand that you are some lefties, liberal. But... If you think its many wars already, dont worry. It will be far worse then now, this is just the beginning. i find the clip to be well made and it suits the heavyness of the song! reminiscing of the 300 but maybe that was the point all along... good job firewind cant wait for the rest of the songs!!!
