We have had a few before. I posted 2 videos of those cakes that had signs of water damage on them. They were too big just to toss out. Had to try them out.

How much noise or db does avarage small or medium firecrackers used on 4th of July for fun between regular kids make? The ones which ignition is on the ground, not on the sky. As you probably know, they run to take cover at 30 feet of the Firecracker and sometimes they don't cover their ears, I was wondering because I have 2 sons and this is their first time to have some fun on the 4th, I am just curious about the safety and db range

@@armando9293 at 30 feet, some firecrackers can reach up to 140dB which is louder than a military jet and maybe even rupture your eardrums if it is continuous. The smaller kind is usually about 100-120dB at 30 feet. Pretty loud for kids! What I’d recommend is getting a decibel meter app and earplugs. However, the noise lasts for such a short time, that it wouldn’t be that bad. If it is a continuous noise like I said, it would cause more damage. Iirc those 140dB firecrackers are mostly rare Bc they are illegal so I suggest getting some small fused firecrackers which are about as thin as a pencil
