Holley rocks! Or at least they did years ago. I was trying to dial in a 600cfm 4011 series on my original Monza V8 (262.5ci or 4.3L) and the accelerator shooters were too big. Called them up and they transferred me to a guy. Asked me what I was trying to do and what it was going on. I asked if I could *buy* a undrilled primary booster Venturi because I wanted to put smaller nozzle shooters in it. He said: " That engine and that cam is a combination I've never seen before!" "Yeah I used the older 600s and could tune them with the replaceable shooters, cams, clipped secondary springs, etc. Had to dial everything down a little. What I want to do is put the smaller nozzle shooters in this one". He says: "Wait a minute". So he comes back and asks for my address. "Ok, how much is the part?" I'm gonna send you two that have only been drilled partway if you can drill the outside part straight and to size for the nozzle". "So how much?" " Free, man. I designed that carb and that's something we never thought of!"

Hey Freedom Eagles! Far be it for me to leave a negative comment but I just "have" to say James' turbo kit welding is sooo much better. I love Ruby. I haven't watched the Cleetus channel all that long but when a video about how you got Ruby appeared in KZfaq's video suggestions I watched it. Since then I've seen every video in Ruby's progression. Can't get enough, I want to see Ruby GO! I'm not usually a fan of Corvettes, I'm more of a Camaro guy, but because if Ruby's backstory and what she has accomplished - in spite of Cleetus' rookie tuning - she deserves to be treated right. 👍🇺🇲 FF!

Really dope finally seeing James collection and pad. When James first joined the channel compared to now he's really became part of the family, I look at his cars like I do Leroy, Ruby, etc.

I want to see more of James's projects, I reckon he would do a good job having his own channel.

I've been a mechanic for over 20 years... That's the way I put most balancer's on also ,,,NEAVER has a prob long as U get it up on the crank far enough before you put an impact on it....Workes Great!!!

Build a stainless heat shield for the exhaust pipe. Between it and the intake. 3/4 inch air gap between the shield and the pipe. It will work wonders on temp control. You guys are awesome. Keep up the excellent content.

Heating the pulley up to put it on is actually a great way to do a press fit. Some would even say it's the correct way to do it. That's for any press fit, like bearings or shafts or whatever.

If you are worried about heat from the exhaust pipe, get it ceramic coated with something like jet hot or swaintech. Helps with heat almost as much as header wrap and looks a lot better
