I like the truck and my mind is blown that the 19 fits on it I have an 01 7.3 excursion I want to convert the front end of and I wanted to do the new one and after seeing this it makes me happy knowing it’s possible and gonna start the build as soon as possible 🤙🏼

You must not have watched the same video. It doesn’t fit . He ruined two fenders trying to get the front end to look right, in the end he had to custom fabricate it. So if you are the kind of dude who can custom fab any part (takes real craftsmanship) then more power to ya. He said this truck he’s put in 300 hours. That’s over 30,000$ labor @ 100 per hour (the type guy that does this work might charge more ) He says it’s for sale though , but I bet he won’t let it go cheap. I’d say if the interior is perfect , the engine is clean like a dream, it’s worth 35-55k at the very least. An immaculately perfect 2000 7.3 could go for 30 easy.

Anything can be done with the right tools, inginuity, time, determination and patience. I was wanting to do my excursion to a 2017-20 front but nothing, as you said, is bolt on. You done yours right. Props. If you can get the interior done then damn. Bad ass.

Super nice. Damn, I have a 2000 F250 that I wouldn't mind doing the same thing. Do you have a list of parts and prices? I'm sure there were issues getting the new front end lined up with the 2000 doors and things like that.

They actually sell the direct bolt on conversation kit now for the 99-94 models to 17' F250. This is a Beautiful truck Bro!

This is an absolutely PHENOMENAL job you did on this truck dude!! I am beyond impressed. Any Fordhead knows the value of the 7.3 engines. The fact that you did all of this and it operates/runs like it does is a true testament to the attention to detail and care you took when building this truck. If I had the spare $$$, I would definitely be talking about a deal. Great job brother! Looks absolutely amazing!

They aren’t 2019 doors. They are 2016 or older doors.

No ur wrong he’s got pieces of 2x4 to lift the rear end, the interior is absolutely fucked, the guage cluster is literally just sitting in there not held in by everything. Truck is absolutely fucked. And it’s obvious those wheeled arent 16 wides those are like 12 wides.

Nicely done!!!!! Awesome skills and patience, plus some tools.. My hat is off to ya bro. Ive done a good amount of superduty swaps before the kits came. And im a bodyman for a ford dealer and work on nothing but these truck m thru f and im doing the same swap uve just flawlessly completed. Took 4 off hoods to make a cowl that fit and look good. My question is the doors.. Did u reshape lower door skin patches using a brake or just take sheet meral and done the body lines with a brake.. Cause im cheap also and there is no skins for the aluminum doors.. Either buy new shell or used shell, either way expensive........ A co-worker and me was rhinking maybe u found a rollover and cut lower skins off and panel bonded them. Cause u know the door hinges are off. Any advice wld be appreciated. I got a bed for a steal so just stuck in the middle and im doing a extended cab. I know the cab corners everyone thinks its easy cause of plastic cap, but u still have to cut and reshape and move inwards... That was a task by itself......
