I’ve been watching your videos for awhile now along with other channels. I told my husband last night “I really really like this guy Pace Morby. He’s so cool… went on and on about you!” I have been taking action. Have a spread sheet of preforclosures in my area, I know how to look up the deed to see status, I figure the home value and find their contact info. Then I make calls. Pace, this was truly one of those videos that was needed even for me who isn't a complete newbie, but I've made so many mistakes that my partner has lost confidence in me and i now live with a person who is no longer in my court. If you start with your videos that direct new people here before you get into the meat, people like me would have a good place to go to begin action. Subject matter experts (you and your team) find it hard to see how we get lost. I am probably less intelligent than others on here, but I needed this A,B, C video. Thank you, thank you! Why are we afraid? We haven't spent the time learning or surrounding ourselves with like-minded people. First off, thank you for providing free valuable content on real estate investing and LLCs. I’m learning something new every day from people like you. I have to respectfully disagree about leaving church communities after the age of 18. Church keeps us faithful, greatful and humble.
