As hunters we put a lot of work into this.. maybe you are fighting something emotionally or spiritually and by hunting this deer in your first sit you can be overwhelmed by so many emotions! People thing that hunting is just for the harvest and trophy but it also help us as humans to find ourselves while we hunt and that’s the beauty of it! Congrats bro

Kansas is loaded with good deer. I have boatloads of them that come across my property. And don’t worry about the coyotes. They’re pretty much harmless but they sure can put on a racket.
