I have a psa 556 krink that shoots steel case at 800 rounds. Feels like I hit the lottery 😅. Klays and a few others on yt have had no dice with the Russian 223

I saw you look at the Ermox Xfire, curious how the testing is going on that. Also curious if you would look at the bear creek Genis1s Pistol, which is a Glock 19 Gen 3 Pattern aluminum frame pistol as well.

I might look at the BCA pistol but BCA as a whole has a worse track record than Taurus or PSA. The ErmoX is just find but not as Glock compatible as I once thought.

Can’t really compare anything’s quality to Zastava. They’re all alone ha. The wear on the cam lug is irrelevant an normal. Just monitor the small and large locking lug. But I would almost guarantee it stops. I have 15 Aks, not sure why everyone freaks out about some splashing. If you’re worried, don’t run to Reddit go buy some headspace gauges and see for yourself ppl.

I don't think it's better than my zastava zpap 92 with the bulged trunion but it's nice

I agree but bulged trunion is just added weight. Real military m92s are slab sided. Zastava did the bulged trunion for rifles to launch grenades or for export to give the illusion you're getting something superior.

Thank you!!! Added weight for no benefit 🤷‍♂️? I think you were lucky enough to get the initial ZPAP rifle without the bulged trunnion. People ignorantly argued that you had an Npap…. But there are Atlantic ads for that Zpap version which I like much better. Looks better. Less clutter of useless words stamped huge. Lighter. They changed to the bulged maybe to be different? And like you couldn’t read Zpap on your rifle. Or see the chrome lined barrel? I think it was you? That’s why I buy WBP. The fit to finish is unmatched. The lettering and markings on my 2023 model aren’t deep and you have to look to see them. Now they have put all of markings besides the C and P on the bottom of the receiver giving you a clean receiver completely. They are beautiful. But I am glad I got one WITH the left receiver markings and on the trunnion for collecting purposes. I think they should have left the trunnion marks though like old school AK’s? It kinda looks like a deep black paint job on my Riley Defense Classic Laminate but of course the WBP parts are miles above in quality 😂and the sight rail on the WBP is true Combloc. I’m also seeing WBP Jacks are now cheaper than bone stock Zpap rifles….. lighter, better looking, high quality. Zastava may need to adjust prices like with the WASR 10’s. I remember when WBP was $300 more than a Zastava. Now they are less with better (true Polish military laminate) furniture? I chose WBP Jack at $1200 with Turkish Tiger walnut. Now they have all these premium and custom stock sets for $1189 with the OG laminate versions for $1039. And they are offering to make your WBP Jacks an Ak 103 through AoA. They are taking over in my opinion? These are high quality AKM’s. Zastava needs to do something? Their under folder is 1219$. The WASR 10 under folder is 849$. Is it as pretty? No. Is it going to run forever and a day? Yes. And Zastava’s bluing is pretty but least effective finish from corrosion. WASR finishes are a military tough as it comes finish. My Riley Defense blued rifle is already changing colors on the receiver slightly. Just my 2 cents 🤷‍♂️

The peening on the locking lugs is from the booster cone inside the 4 piece flash hider, too much back pressure with it inside a short barrel. Take it out. You only need it when it's super cold outside.

What’s the difference between a Draco and Krink?

Krink: 24mm threads Hinged dust cover Folding rear trunnion. Draco: 14mm threads Fixed rear trunnion Standard AKM dust cover The main differences.

The funny thing is these short AKs are the one version id never buy. Not only are parts expensive and difficult to source, they're nothing more than stocked pistols with even less accuracy firing expensive full power rifle ammo. Had to vent about these things, terrible waste of money they are.
