we resubmitted the FOIA request with Karen Fonda Patrick..This public servant just does not understand that we can fill out a FOIA on paper and submit it....Fonda cannot comprehend the English language, or complete simple task like sending FOIA via email for media purposes.....so the story continues here in Blackville South Carolina
