I think Trevor’s last appearance chronologically is The Third Way because the Series A Funding heist in GTA Online takes place before story mode

Yes but that Trevors mom (Mrs. Philips mission) unlocks after completion of the story.

No, his mum was killed by the lost mc I’m pretty sure, if you follow the trails of blood and wheels, you can go to the hotel, the place all the trails lead too, then kill the gang members, and find Trevor’s mums body, in a ditch, not sure if this is canon, or if it’s mods, but yeah

Actually Trevor's last appearance is in GTA: Online in the Heists Update which is in 2015 in the Series A Funding Heist.

Trevor first and last appearance is in GTA Online. Because chronologically GTA Online begin before GTA V and still going on.

Nah, how about 2004, North Yankton? It's his first. Due to the non cannon ending in GTA V (Trevor's death), the events on GTA Online are supposed to happen 6 months before the final mission.

Yes, but GTA online events are supposed to be set on six months before the ending of GTA 5 story. (for instance, trevor, dies in one ending). so he couldn't be alive if online events happened after the GTA 5 storyline.
