That was awesome. Im still not even going to think about it. I did one flip once when my front wheel went in the sewer grate. Never again 😅. Great production!!!

If you are wondering why you can't jump, but all those other people whipping the bike around can...it's because of that movement. You have practically zero chance of going right up and coming straight down without getting out of shape. So, the secret, is to get comfortable moving the bike intentionally out of line as you come up and then bringing it back to where you want as you come down. Like drifting a car, takes practice, a place with reduced consequences for crashing, and purposefully getting out of control to get back in control.

Hit a roller a few months ago that turned out to be gapped double. I slammed into the landing and broke 2 ribs, and bruised my lung.

i dunno , good on ya , but at my age learning to back flip, or live life walking, its a choice i can live with, no back flip's for me couldn't care less. great video though well done to all the crazies that like pushing the limits.
