I’ve just returned from Rhyl after a week in a Lodge at a park called Talacre Beach, it’s gone down hill. Used to be good many moons ago like you said!

Hi Martin Stayed at Rhuallt couple years ago . Had same problem with trying to get waste water to run up hill and we were on different pitch. The noise from the A55 expressway drove us mad as did the constant fans of the air con at back of the Spa . They wanted 20 quid ( Believe it’s now 30 quid ) just to go in spa so swerved that big style - no discount for people staying on site . Check out site reviews ! Putting the awning up was a load of grief as the hard standing should have been renamed solid ‘king concrete standing! Light shale covering and even using a Bosch hammer drill I couldn’t get the pegs in ! Not on our return list Good to see you vlogging again . Cheers H

Hi Howard, Hope you are well. I’m a very light sleeper so was concerned about the road noise but luckily it wasn’t a problem. We didn’t put the canopy up so not sure about the ground. I did think the 8 pages of rules they sent with the booking was a bit extreme. Was ok for a stop off but wouldn’t do a holiday there. Thanks for comments and watching. Martin

Hi Martin u commented on my comment regarding polish on the caravan I decided to use Maguires marine rv cutting polish m8 it's amazing dullness gone but still need to go over with auto Glyn yet but well worth 18 quid m8

Didn’t see any fishing facilities, nice site though. Thought I recognised the hill in the distance!
