It was great to meet and chat with you Bob, you definitely had the runt of pitches, I arrived on the Sunday on pitch 4, you would of have room to put your awning up and park your car along side. I had a grey waste point on my pitch but it was above the level of pitch itself so the Colapz pipes acted as a 'U' bend holding water. Can't wait for your final review but I can guess some of your comments.

You should try visiting Betws-y-coed, there is a beautiful waterfall,called Swallow Falls, you can park right near where it is, if I remember correctly!

Happy Anniversary both of you ! We are 3 years behind you !! Interesting watching this vlog as we went last year and had a pitch close to where you were (34) and hated it. The drain was higher than the pitch and ground was so hard we couldn’t get rock pegs in even with a hammer drill . ( Think I mentioned it last year when you announced you had booked) Close to the pitch is the spa /club and the noise from the air con was constant - as was the A55 road noise . Also it was 20quid to use the pool for couple hours - so gave that a swerve Not on our revisit list and it’s not my idea of a country park Regards Howard

Feel your pain with the rock pegs. I use an 8mm mason army drill.

Happy Anniversary both! Pops gave 3/10 for dog walk but me thinks you two will give the site a not too dissimilar score🥴. Road noise plus parked by an agricultural/ industrial unit , rock solid pitches , Chuck yer water in the hedge etc etc . I reckon you won’t revisit again this century . All the best both . Hello Bob and Jenny. I love the A55 around the coast of North Wales. I always insist that Sophie drives the van on that road so that I can admire the views. We will be there again on 12th Sept. It might have to be my turn to drive this time !! Thanks for the great video as usual. D+S xx

Happy Anniversary to you both, a fantastic milestone and lovely you still celebrated, the pub food looked lovely 🥰 We can highly recommend screw pegs with a drill, makes it much quicker to put up and down and they are excellent in really hard standing ground - just remember to pack the drill 😂

Happy Anniversary! Many congratulations! We’re new to motorhoming and I watch your videos religiously. Before we do or buy anything I always consult Bob and Jenny! Your videos are so helpful and informative. Is the satnag your using Google Maps? I didn’t think that was suitable for motorhomes as it doesn’t know your vehicle dimensions? Anyway keep up the excellent work and thank you again!

Isn’t the 45th anniversary “New Motorhome “ in the list? Pretty sure it is ✅ Glad you had a good time just 30mins from our home - sadly the A55 (which we call the motorway!) impacts on all the sites along that area . I would recommend Roberts Touring Park near Abergele which is away from the road noise and a family run site. Best site by the coast is Bron-Y-Wyndon which is a top class site (not cheap) which is right by the coast footpath which people cycle along and it runs from Llandudno to Prestatyn but it has the same road noise issue. Brilliant that the White House is dog friendly. Got a friend who goes there all the time. Not that far from us so now also on our list. You two could be our travel agents.

A happy 45th anniversary to you both. Sorry to hear the site was not up to scratch. Could I ask why you had 2x ecoflo units charging, are you not hooked up ? . We fulltime at the moment, and have 2x 100amp gels 475 watts of solar. We charge 2x phones 2x tablets, charge a hoover , shaver, lights, TV etc and even in winter have never needed backup. What weight are these eco units, and how long to charge them using solar.
