My local school use to do if you miss an hour you miss half a day but they switched to doing however many hours/minutes you miss, so you don't miss an entire day because of an hour.

I like drinking true lemon flavor package they are sweeten with ziva and cane sugar. They are really good.

Hi Candi, Be cautious of those crystal lites, they have artificial sugar sweeteners that over time will deplete your gut health and you will have mega problems, this goes for Splenda as well. My Naturopath has recommended organic dehydrated cane sugar, is the best option for sugar options ,I don’t use any sugar other than that. And a good thing to avoid is anything that has fruit flavour in it for yogurt because it is artificial sugar and it’s better to go with plain and add fruit and sprinkle a little bit of the organic cane sugar on top, and a good snack is raw cashews and plantain chips and smart food popcorn the white cheddar one. What I use for my water to give it flavour is some lemon juice sprinkled in or some Keylime juice sprinkled in with some ice cubes and it’s really good, try to stay away from anything processed. Hope these tips helped they’ve helped me immensely , I have lost 80 pounds doing what my naturopathic Doctor has advised me with. Take care

Yet rarely does anyone have any problem with drinking such things as crystal light. Same with anything else that uses (a) sweetener(s) other than sugar. Splenda happens to be fine as well. Not many products are pre-sweetened with organic cane sugar. I like a specific sweet tea with a no sugar, sugar, with zero calories. The sweetener is in the tea bags and is not the first ingredient unlike others, which is important. The sweetener is sucralose. Again, very minimal, if any, products are pre-sweetened with organic cane sugar - which is good. If you have the least interest in trying it then I'm happy to reply with a link.

At my high school we get 5 days with a doctors note and 5 without a doctors note to miss school. Also are semester ended in December.

I feel you on the Medicaid thing. We went through this with my mother in law. The facility she was in refereed my husband to an attorney that specializes in just that thing. That might be the route you should take.

Kandi I hear ya about the anxiety and feeling sick to your stomach. Its awful. Then when I finally get hungry and eat something I feel sick right after. Anxiety, stress and depression is very hard to handle. I find that at some point in the day I will do my hobby which at the moment its cross stitching. I also crochet,knit and read. So whatever it is for you,you should take at least half an hour to do it. Even 20 minutes. I find it very helpful. Hang in there . You are a strong woman and have done a great job raising your kids. I know for me I also have to remind myself sometimes that it can always be worse. I should have said this before everything else but so sorry for your loss. I lost both my parents My dad I was 16 when he died of lung cancer. No matter how many years go by it does not get any easier. Sorry to blab on so long lol. HIT.😊

Must be nice to not have to get out of bed till 7. My schools starts at 7 so I gotta get up at 5. Hopefully next year I get a latter start time 🤞🏻

I swear the last few weeks people have been driving ridiculous! I seen 3 accidents on my way to Columbus. I live 30 minutes from there. There were two cars in a ditch about 50 ft down smashed and one car behind us smashed into a pole because they were speeding. People really need to be careful, and take their time when they drive.

In California, these happen everyday to and from school and work. I see roughly two a day. They range from small accidents to very fatal ones.

Some schools do start at 8:30am & 9am in the South Karli just not in Michigan 🤷🏽♀️ I pray those people were ok to 🙏🏾 I was in a 63 car pile up car accident in 2004 on my way to work scariest thing ever on a horrible Mi winter day 😒

Hello, I'm Elisa and I feel strongly about the oxygen situation. Y'all really need to advocate for those tanks, especially for night time use. It's better for her to consume less liquids a day so her lungs wont fill up. I'm not sure if they have drained her lungs but they definitely should and maybe get a prescribed water pill so she can drain naturally. My grandma just got out of the hospital today she has heart disease which caused her lungs to fill up significantly. She is currently living with my family and I, they sent her home with oxygen and we also bought a machine to track the oxygen and a blood pressure machine. So maybe that would be another good purchase. God bless y'all. Everthing will turn out good.❤

Ken I was a home health aide for several years. The doctor should have ordered respiratory therapy for your mom as well as home health nurse to keep check on her condition. We are praying for you all.

As a nurse I don’t understand why the hospital didn’t arrange for kens mom to have oxygen at home if she needed it. That was a huge mistake on their part. Even if she was ok on room air at discharge with her condition odds are she’s going to need it soon. #fail

I took my 4 month old to Mott's Children's Hospital on Friday due to labored breathing, bad cough, fever over 104, lethargic, decrease fluid intake, less output, the list goes on...and I had to push for them to do tests that her pediatrician requested they do (she called them). The one test they didn't want to do (RSV) simply because my other daughter who was hospitalized 2 days prior there, tested negative for it, ended up coming back positive (along with being dehydrated, having pnemonia, and a double ear infection). All that to say, the medical system can be frustrating. While we did have good doctors when my 7 yo was admitted, I had the total opposite when my 4 month old needed treatment. They ended up sending me home with my very sick 4 month old and told me to give her Tylenol (that was Fri....on Mon we got into the peds office right away as she wasn't improving and learned of the RSV results, pneumonia, and ear infections). YOU know your body (in my case I know my children), and you have to be an advocate for them (or yourself/loved one). I'm not a confrontational person, but I had to be for my daughter's sake these last few days. I had to literally push and push for them to do certain tests. They were acting like I was just a paranoid parent (I have 7 children, so I've learned when to take them in which is only when I feel necessary). Be your own advocate (or for your family) ❤️

it depends on traffic and how soon an accident was called in. Then there's the factor of how far away responders are when they are informed to go to the location of an accident. Then they have to 'fight' through whatever traffic there may be from the moment they're on the way to the moment they arrive. The accident may have happened five minutes before you first stopped due to all the backed-up traffic. Maybe it happened ten minutes prior. It could've happened with an emergency personnel vehicle on the way back from another call rolling up on the accident.

I like crystal light. But it does give me stomach aches. Oh my goodnes,that little dog reminded me of tori! My heart skipped. We just lost our kitty lexi. She was 16. It happened on new years day. I fear car accidents too. Phew. Crosswalks make me really nervous.

August 6, 2019 my 19 year old brother got in an accident but their were no cars around when he got in the accident. The car started spinning, he went into a ditch and the passenger all the way down split. The car was split in half. At least my brother didn't get hurt but he was life flighted to a hospital

I see you drink crystal lite but I know from the couple of videos I have seen (I just barely saw your channel 1 week ago) that you care about your weight. Try benefiber kiwi strawberry!! They are absolutely delicious, and hey you’ll at least be getting some benefits from it!! My hubby and I like to drink soda ( lol we still splurge here and there) but I don’t miss soda if I have the benefibers.

There is no way that going to your granddaddy's funeral is considered an unexcused absence. It's not even that way for people who work. I would check into that.

lidsman22 at my school it is only excused if you went to the doctor, dentist, or any specialist along those lines. You also have to have a note.

I live in the US and would have classes start at 7:00 or 7:45 and end at 2:43 (the most random number). Supposedly it’s so it’s still light out for after school activities and sports that go until like 4:30 but it’s crazy. The younger you are, the later your go to school in my area. Like elementary school starts at 8:30.

At 8:55 that is a police car those are the chiefs or fbi , the other cars are battalion chiefs for firefighters

At 8:55 is emergency personnel using an unmarked vehicle or their personal vehicle with emergency lights relevant to their job. FBI doesn't respond to accidents.
