That seemed like such a fun school day! My first day is tomorrow and I go to public school. I’m kind of nervous, anxious, and excited all at the same time. My favorite subject is anything related to English/reading/writing. I’m taking Yearbook as a class this year and I’m pretty excited for that

We are going to be homeschooling our kiddos again this year! Last year was getting our feet wet, and I made a ton of mistakes, but, I am excited for this year!! Glad you guys all had a successful first day of school!

I'm a lil late I'm just now catching up on ya'll videos. I love the back to school video, my daughter her favorite subject is math and art. Yes I was excited for back to school for my daughter 😊, she goes to school in person learning. I love how you was interacting with your kids on their first day of school Rachel. The chemical science experiment was cool, science was one of my favorite subjects when I was in school as a kid.

Just wanted to leave the boys a comment here, because comments are off on their channel. Loved the 2 videos of who knows Shae/Wyatt the best. They were hilarious and so much fun watching the back and forth, laughter, and friendly banter. I have a lot of videos to catch up on, but have really enjoyed all of them so far. 😊

How does the homeschooling works?are parents teaching the class if so how come they can teach every subject and how the kids will take their exams? And when it comes to graduate who is giving them their diplomas?

You can use online programs for homeschooling which is taught by teachers sometimes. I homeschool my first grader and pre-k student and I teach them myself with the help from teachers guides that come with the workbooks. The teachers guides tell me what to say, what to teach and how to teach it. As for exams, my kids will take state exams just like their public school counterparts in grades that exams are legally required. They take these online proctored exams at home. For the diploma, the parents issue the high school diploma for their children or the child can get a GED.

My younger brother is homeschooled but he is on the computer for all of his subjects. Also for homeschooling there is a curriculum for certain grades. However, I am not homeschooled, I go to a public school.

This year I am taking a medical detectives class which I’m really excited for! I’m in the gifted program at my school so my teacher for that recommended me for this class because she knows how I want to go into forensic science.

what grades are the kids in? my guess is that Klai is obviously in college, Rykel is a Junior in high school, Shae is a Freshman in high school, Wyatt is in 7th grade, Evee is in 5th Grade, and Cora is in 3rd Grade. Also, correct me if I'm wrong!
