OMG! Don’t let the landlord change the kitchen; it’s vintage beautiful and Rare!😮 Instead do a good clean up, polish ,etc. ; you’ll love it. Have her Fix anything that requires fixing in the kitchen instead of replacing it! Fabulous house!😊 Good luck guys!🎉 Namaste!!!!

Interesting to see little habits we all learn and stick to. I remember my grandma telling me the opening of the pillow goes inwards so no bugs can crawls into ur pillow lol. Not sure how often that’s an issue for most people 🤣 Love the new place. Can’t wait to see you guys settled in and how cozy you make the place!

Beautiful house. The living room windows are a complete blessing. Can't imagine how cozy it must be when it's raining outside and you're sitting there with a mug and a book. I genuinely love the outdoor area, it has unlimited potential. Please make a garden tour mid summer when everything is green and vibrant and full of birds and bumblebees.

This is the first time I've seen your channel. Your new place is amazing !!! The windows and light from all of the rooms is perfect. The windows in the living room are especially amazing ! We have a little Chihuahua too. He's 17 now, so I love seeing little Theo in his jacket. Our little guy loves his sweaters and fleeces too. 9:52 AAAAK! Those O'Keefe & Merritt appliances are EPIC! That's an oven with a rotisserie/grillevator combo, and angled cooktop with griddle. The same model was in my Grandfather's kitchen where I learned to cook. He was a chef with a green thumb who passed all his knowledge to me. I know they're costly to get parts for these days so I get why she's replacing them, but do try to put them to full use before she does.

Nice house! O'Keefe & Merritt was the top name in stoves in the 40's - 70's. Those are from the early 60's and were called built-ins. That looks like a pomegranate tree leafing out. Does it have thorns?

O'Keefe & Merritt is an early 20th century American appliance brand; the appliances themselves are considered pretty valuable, depending on how well they function/condition. lots of people refurbish them to look brand-new. they're considered to be very well-made. the ones in your place are all custom/built-in; if they work, you might want to see about getting them refurbished, spiffing them up yourself,or your landlord might consider selling them to buy replacement items. if they work, it would be my personal choice to try to keep them, but that's me. these particular appliances look like they were made in the 1930'-50's (probably the 40's to 50's).
