That aspect of the crucible is actually an incantation and requires a seal to use. The divine towers are where you activate great runes you have acquired and Godrick's is one of the more useful ones, esp. earlier on. They also require you to use a rune arc to activate once you equip them at the grace. Don't forget sacred tears are used to make you crimson/blue flask stronger while golden seeds make it to where you have more to use.

I was wondering why my stats didn't go up after activating the great rune. For the flasks, I'm being a punk and being curious how far I can go before I finally breakdown and up them 🤣

Great series. Glad you're loving ER so far, and as usual the most infuriating enemies in FROM games aren't dragons, abominations or gods it's the dogs, birds and rats :)

I'm leary of each one, but I also expect some to be actual hints lmao. I had a feeling there would be some that are super troll from that one in the roundtable pointing at the chick saying hole ahead 🤣🤣

That golden halberd is definitely a good pick, I'm pretty sure it gets the highest damage of all the halberds, and halberds already deal pretty strong damage, so that thing is gonna be obliterating people. Plus, it scales with strength and faith, and there is a seal that's pretty easy to get that allows you to cast incantations (like the Horns spell you got from killing the Crucible Knight), that scales off of strength and faith, making it a perfect fit for the build. sorry for yapping lol

@@Thryfe Yeah its the Clawmark seal, its pretty easy to get once you know the steps, its just kinda hard to figure it out randomly, so don't feel bad looking anything up, that's what I had to do to get a lot of the weapons and stuff. It's nice to hear that too lol!

Golden Runes can be used strategically, when you’re on the verge of a level up, and don’t want to risk dying/loosing runes from a random death.

I think the random emotes has something to do with a motion sensor in the controller. My brother had the same issue. There should be an option you can toggle that will eliminate that phenomenon.

With elden ring, you gonna have a lot of filler episodes. But nothing wrong with that. Exploration is part of the fun with this game

If you look in the menu details, you can see exactly how many runes each type of golden rune will grant you.

You can def use the runes to level up theres no need to save em mayne, and about all the messages with "fingers" and "head", lets just sayyy there isnt much lore implications in what theyre talking about lolol

Just save the runes until youre close to leveling up and you can pop em to help you get to the required amount
